Just got back from 8 hours of running and wrestling a day, and to finish off my stay at a very rewarding hell, I completed a 12 mile run. “Here’s how you run 12 miles, I assume you ran 6 miles before, so I’m going to make you run 6 miles out, and then you have no other way of getting back.” -Jay Robinson…aha
